Following yesterday's leak of CoroCoro, a clearer image has now come showcasing the details of the distribution of a Rockruff, which they're listing as a "Special Rockruff" that can evolve into Dusk Form Lycanroc. During the Pikachu Outbreakchu Pokémon GO Park event being held in Japan over the next few days, there are numerous reports of Shiny Pikachu being found and thus Shiny Raichu also being available. At present, there is no word on when and if these are going to make it outside of Japan but keep checking back.
