Kirlia, The Emotion Pokémon. It is said that a Kirlia that is exposed to the positive emotions of it's Trainer grows beautiful. It controls it's PsychoKenetic powers with it's highly developed brain. It uses it's horns on it's head to amplify it's psychokinetic powers. When it uses the power, the air around it becomes distorted, creating mirages of non-existent scenery. It spins and dances when it is happy

Strategy Using Kirlia
This moveset was suggested by Onimusha, which is pretty much all that Kirlia can do due to having lacklustre stats. Its frail too, very much like Kadabra/Alakazam defense wise, it won't be able to take a physical hit, especially a shadow ball.
With quick claw, which has a 30% chance of going first in battle, would allow you to set up a destiny bond. Hopefully, destiny bond will help trigger a switch which should give you an extra turn to use a move like Toxic on your opponent.
Or use this time to set up a Pseudo switch, I.E. set up a Reflect/Light screen and then move onto the next Pokemon that has an advantage against your opponent.
Kirlia really doesn't have too great of a use, and the ability Trace should be considered over Synchronize due to its helpfulness, I.E. recieving a water absorb/Volt absorb ability, allowing it to have some sort of defense against a specific type of moves.
Other than that, Kirlia could be an annoyer, with moves like Attract, Thunderwave, Destiny bond (for very much the same reason as above, to trigger a switch and continue with the paralysis of all your opponent's pokemon), Psychic/Magical leaf for the filler.

Kirlia' Defenses are below average but it's Physical is lower so attack with a Physical Volley or a Bug/Dark Volley
