The "The Truth - Mane or Feathers" Story Event has begun a repeat run in Pokémon Masters EX. This event focuses on Iono and Shauntal entering the Midnight Parade. It runs until November 5th 2025.
To tie in with that, a new Costume Scout is available to get all prior Fall Sync Pairs

Pokémon GO - Raid Day
The newest Mega Evolution focused Raid Day is rolling out in Pokémon GO. For three hours in each region, Mega Rayquaza will appear in Raids on each Gym in the area, adding Mega Rayquaza into the game.
With this, you will get up to 5 extra Raid Passes from Gyms and can participate in up to 20 Remote Raid a day and Timed Research to get a Meteorite. You will also have a higher chance of finding shiny Rayquaza after completion of the raid.
A paid ticket is also available that gives increased experience as well as another 8 additional free Raid Passes from Gyms as well as Timed Research to get another Meteorite
It runs from 2pm to 5pm in your local time.

Pokémon Legends: Z-A's Ranked Battle Season 1 has begun. This season is the first for the Z-A Battle Club and features battles to get rewards by earning points in the battle. This season will run until October 31st at 23:59 UTC
Players who reach Rank K will get a Greninjite Mega Stone immediately to evolve their Greninja into Mega Greninja.

Pokémon Friends has received a new update on Nintendo Switch and mobile. This update brings a few changes to the game
First the daily limit for players who have not purchased the basic pack on mobile has increased to 3 times
You can now select three difficulty levels when untangling for the first time after the tutorial ends
Conditions for puzzles levelling up and down have been adjusted to mak it easier to play puzzles at your skill level
You will now get yarn when you reach Level 6 of a puzzle for the first time and you get one yarn each day when you beat your current record.

Pokémon Sleep has had its new update. This update brings the game to Version 3.0.0 and adds some basic data for the coming Halloween event including the Eevee Halloween Costume. We've updated the site accordingly

The first of the distributions are now live for Pokémon Legends: Z-A. From now until February 28th you can receive a Ralts holding the Gardevoirite through Mystery Gift. Mystery Gift is unlocked after you get the Pokédex in the game story.
If you already have the Gardevoirite by the time you receive it, the Ralts will not have an item attached.

The Pokémon GO Level Rebalance is now live in a rollout. Trainers are gradually having their levels adjusted to the new level curve, with all trainers over Level 23 increasing in level. This comes with various rewards with each level.

The stream distributions for the Pokémon Latin America International Championships have been officially revealed. These will be given in the stream from November 21st - November 23rd 2025
For Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, an Whimsicott based on Federico Camporesi's Whimsicott used to win the North America International Championships in June will be given via a code. The Whimsicott will have the moves Moonblast, Tailwind, Light Screen, and Encore as well as the Partner Ribbon and the same stats

During this event, Alolan Rattata, Sableye, Carvanha, Purrloin, Cottonee, Scraggy, Spritzee, Swirlix, Carbink, Nickit & Fidough will spawn in the wild

Toxtricity will be in 4 Star Max Battles
on November 10th, Shadow Lugia & Shadow Ho-Oh will be in 5 Star Shadow Raids

Pokémon GO has detailed the coming change to the experience system> This change will come on October 15th and will feature a rebalance of the levels with all players increasing in level up to Level 70, with Level 71 to Level 80 needing additional research tasks to be completed to get it. All special level up rewards will be made available retroactively for players up to their new level
Alongside this, there will be a new Daily Adventure Egg and its own Incubator. This will be available once per day and hatches after walking 1km. It will not count towards the current Egg Storage. Each egg will offer 10,000 Experience and be available from Level 15

Battles for the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Terastal Cresdcendo event have begun. This competition is a Double Battle competition where you send 2 Pokémon only into battle, one of which has to be Koraidon or Miraidon
Battles run from 00:00 UTC on October 10th to 23:59 UTC on October 12th.
This competition gives 300 Dragon Tera Shards, 300 Fighting Tera Shards, 300 Electric Tera Shards and a Master Ball to all players who complete 1 or more battle

The next Pokémon GO event is rolling out in Asia Pacific regions. This event is the Harvest Festival event which runs from 10:00 local time on October 10th through 20:00 local time on October 16th and introduces Dipplin & Hydrapple into the game

The Pokémon GO Weekly Challenges feature has been officially announced. Starting on October 13th at 01:00 UTC, the Weekly Challenge feature goes live. A social tab will appear where you can join with other players in a group to complete the weekly challenge. You can only do one per week and be in one group at a time. The challenge rotates at 00:00 UTC every Monday
With this, you can join with friends from around the world to participate and complete the challenges.
When your group completesd a challenge you get more friendship level progress, 20,000 Experience and 6,000 Stardust
Matchmaking for Weekly Challenges will come later in the year

It has been confirmed that the first batch of episodes of the third season of Pokémon Horizons, titled Rising Hope, will be available on Netflix in the US and other territories on January 6th 2026. This series follows on a year from Season 2 and has Liko, dot and Roy set out to rebuilt the Rising Volt Tacklers along with their new friend, Ult
It has also been confirmed that the first episodes of the season will release in the UK on BBC iPlayer on October 27th

The Legendary Gauntlet No. 8 Event has begun its first run. This has you face off against various Legendary Pokémon to build up a win streak. The higher the streak, the better the rewards. It runs until October 21st 2025

A new hold item is now live in Pokémon UNITE. This item, the Big Root, is available to purchase in the shop and provides boosts to your Pokémon's HP stat as well as its HP recovery when upgraded

Pokémon Café ReMix has announced the next event. This event is Mismagius's Shiny Party and adds Shiny Mismagius into the game. It is a Café Pop-Up event. It runs from October 11th 2025

As a surprise shadow drop, the Pokémon Center website has begun a soft launch in Germany. This provides a limited amount of the items available with more being added over time. Items can only be delivered to addresses in Germany.

Scopely have announced the next Pokémon GO Max Battle Day will run on November 1st from 14:00 to 17:00 local time which focuses on the Pokémon Garbodor, adding its Gigantamax form to the game
During the event, Max Particle limit will be increased to 1600 and you'll get 8* Max Particles from Power Spots. You'll also get 2* Max Particles from Exploring and 1/4 Adventure Distance to get it
There will be free Timed Research to get Candy, Max Particles and a Dynamax Drilbur. It will be available from October 27th at 18:00 local time
There will be paid ticket to give Timed Research for 1 Max Mushroom and 25,000 Experience, as well as 2* Max Battle Experience and a Max Particle Collection Limit of 5600

The next Pokémon GO event has been announced. This is the Halloween 2025 Part 2 event and is due to run from October 27th at 10:00 to November 3rd at 20:00 local time and adds costume Teddiura & Noibat into the game
Teddiura & Noibat in the costumes will be able to evolve
On October 31st, costume Pokémon will have a chance of dropping a Rare Candy or Rare Candy XL when caught in a Nice Throw or better
You will have increased chance of catching Shiny costume Pokémon from raids
Costume Pokémon including Teddiursa and Noibat will spawn in the wild. You will have a higher chance of getting shiny Teddiursa & Noibat
Pikachu in a costume, Piplup in a costume, Sinistea and Poltchageist will be in 1 Star Raids
Gengar in a costume and Drifblim in a costume will be in 3 star raids
There will be Field Research to get costume Pikachu, Teddiursa, Froakie, Noibat & Rowlat, as well as Spiritomb and Mega Energy

Another set of new PokéLids have been introduced, this time in the area of Kochi. This PokéLid features Quagsire, the ambassador for the prefecture, alongside many other Pokémon including Wooper and Tynamo

In Germany & Austria, you will be able to get it at Smyths Toy Superstore until October 15th 2025. Like other countries in Europe you need to show your home menu on the Nintendo Switch or Switch 2 to receive a code

Pokémon GO has announced the next batch of City Safari events. These events will run in December 13th - 14th 2025 in the following locations: Sydney, Buenos Aires & Miami
During this event, Unown B, Unown M, Unown S, Shuckle, Skarmory, Trapinch, Kricketot, Timburr, Scraggy, Emolga, Litwick, Pawniard, Skrelp, Amaura, Oricorio (Baile Style), Mareanie, Mudbray, Fomantis, Komala, Bruxish & Gossifleur will spawn in the wild
Pawniard, Oricorio, Mudbray & Komala will be in 7km Eggs
The same usual City Safari content will be live including boosts through the Raid Lover or Egg-Thusiast add-on, a Timed Research focused around Eevee in a Safari hat, Field Research, up to 5 Special Trades a day and more. There will also be a Stamp Rally at the events

The error with the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet 7 Star Tera Raid Battles has now been resolved. As such, you can now participate in both game's raids through online communication. Due to this, if you have already caught a Roaring Moon or Iron Valiant from 7 Star Raids, you'll be able to catch them again

Registration for the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Terastal Cresdcendo event is now live. This competition is a Double Battle competition where you send 2 Pokémon only into battle, one of which has to be Koraidon or Miraidon
Registration is open until October 12th at 23:59 UTC while battles run from 00:00 UTC on October 10th to 23:59 UTC on October 12th.
This competition also gives 300 Dragon Tera Shards, 300 Fighting Tera Shards, 300 Electric Tera Shards and a Master Ball to all players who complete 1 or more battle

The next Pokémon GO event has been announced. This is the Halloween 2025 Part 1 event and is due to run from October 21st at 10:00 to October 27th at 10:00 local time and adds Poltchageist & Sinistcha into the game, alongside Shiny Sinistea
There will be a special GO Pass: Halloween 2025 during this event with various unlocks:
Tier 1: 2x Catch Candy & GO Pass Deluxe: 3x Catch Candy
Tier 2: Increased chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL for catching Pokémon with Nice, Great, and Excellent Throws
Tier 3: 2x Candy for transferring Pokémon, Increased chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL for transferring Pokémon GO Pass Deluxe: 3x Candy for transferring Pokémon
Zorua, Hisuian Zorua, Greavard & Sinistea spawn in the wild
Galarian Yamask, Sinistea and Poltchageist are in 1 Star Raids
Alolan Marowak, Hisuian Typhlosion & Hisuian Samurott are in 3 Star Raids
Yamask and Phantump will be in 1 Star Shadow Raids
Sableye, Yamask, Zorua, Hisuian Zorua, Litwick, Vullaby and Phantump will be in Field Research

The Pokémon GO Halloween Pass has been announced. This Pass will be available from October 21st through November 2nd and has a free and paid element. On November 1st & 2nd there's no limit to the points you can earn
During this pass, you can get encounter with Rotom and other event Pokémon, Stardust, Experience, Poké Balls, Candy and more for free.
If you pay for the Deluxe pass, you will get more encounters, Candy Xl, Rare Candy XL, Premium Battle Passes and a special teatime pose

The next Pokémon TCG Pocket event is now live. This event is the latest Drop Event which features special Solo Battles with various rewards and missions to complete. It adds numerous new Promos into the game including the Raichu ex Promo card. It runs until October 16th 2025

The Pokémon GO Pass: October has started rolling out.. This will run from October 7th at 10:00 local time through November 4th 2025. As before, a free track is available for all players who gain access, or you can purchase to get even more rewards
The Pass will include encounters with Pokémon like Terrakion, as well as Stardust, Candy, Poké Balls, and if you purchase then you'll get more Poké Coins.

The latest major Pokémon Sleep event, the Sleep Style Discovery Week Part 2 event is rolling out. This event runs until 03:59 local time on October 3th 03:59. This will give *1.5 Drowsy Power on October 6th and 8th and *3.5 Drowsy Power on October 7th

It resembles a certain Pokémon introduced in a paranormal magazine, described as the offspring of a Hydreigon that fell in love with a robot. It's possible that Iron Jugulis, an object described in an old book, may actually be this Pokémon.

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet - Gift Distribution
Gamestop have confirmed that there is a restock of Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Shiny Koraidon & Miraidon codes at stores across the US starting today. Unlike the code cards at the start of the event, these are printed on receipts but there is said to be a per-store limit.
In addition to this, EB Games in Canada has also confirmed that a restock of codes is coming.
These codes are available until October 15th 2025 while supplies last

The "Perrin's Photo Requests" Event has begun a run in Pokémon Masters EX. This event features special missions giving rewards based on taking photos with various sync pairs, with new tasks coming each day. It runs until October 18th 2025.
To tie in with that, a new EX Fair Scout is available to get the Sync Pair of Perrin & Hisuian Growlithe

Pokémon GO - Raid Day
The newest Mega Evolution focused Raid Day is rolling out in Pokémon GO. For three hours in each region, Mega Metagross will appear in Raids on each Gym in the area, adding Mega Metagross into the game.
With this, you will get up to 5 extra Raid Passes from Gyms and can participate in up to 20 Remote Raid a day. You will also have a higher chance of finding shiny Metagross after completion of the raid.
A paid ticket is also available that gives increased experience as well as another 8 additional free Raid Passes from Gyms.
It runs from 2pm to 5pm in your local time.
