Pokémon are a variation of Pokémon SP. These were introduced within the Rising Rivals set to signify the Pokémon owned by the Elite Four of Sinnoh in a similar manner to Owner's Pokémon in the VS set.

Like the other Pokémon SP cards, these cards feature the image of their trainer just below the artwork and have been tied with Pokémon Lv. X.
