A new distribution has begun for Pokémon Legends: Z-A. This distribution came through a Nintendo Newsletter in Japan and provides 5 Max Revives, 10 Full Restores and 10 Ultra Balls to help prepare for ZA Royales, Rogue Mega Evolution battles and catching Pokémon in anticipation of the coming DLC. The code is PREPAR1NG and runs until March 31st 2027

Pokémon Europe International Championships

Details have been released for the Pokémon Europe International Championships.
Registration for both Spectators and Competitors opens on December 16th at 19:00 UTC. Spectator passes cost Ł30 per person for Multi Day or Ł15 per person for Single Day
Activities will be available. The Programming Stage will be back with panels including the TCG Artist Spotlight and the Cosplay Showcase, as well as new panel formats that will be revealed later
There will be Autograph and Meet & Greets with TCG artists, Pokémon Partners and Notable Trainers. This time it will be in their own space and will have interest lists which open on January 20th 2026
There will be a Collect and Trade Area as well as Activity Zones and Merchants as with prior EUICs
There will be a Pokémon Museum to view EUIC history, iconic cards and video games and more
Like with NAIC and Worlds earlier this year, there will be Pin Trading
The Pokémon Play Lab will make a return
As with past EUIC, a Pokémon Center store will be at the event. Entry will require a reservation. It will sell exclusive EUIC products as well as a selection of Pokémon Center merchandise
The events will also be livestreamed on the Pokémon Twitch & YouTube channels
TCG will be commentated by Joe Bernard, Ross Gilbert, Freya Pearce, Chip Richey and Kyle Sabelhaus
VGC will be commentated by Kosta Daidimos, Labhaoisa Akcos-Cromie, Lee Provost, Rosemary Kelley & Jamie Boyt

This will give *1.5 Drowsy Power on December 4th and 6th and *3 Drowsy Power on December 5th

Pokémon Friends has received a brand new update, bringing the game to Version 1.1. This update adds many new Pokémon and yarn, as well as 10 new minigames to complete. When a stage reaches Level 6, you will receive more yarn each time it levels up. This starts with Scrap Yarn which turn into any yarn when you collect 5, but at Level 9 and above you will get standard yarn

Scopely have announced the next Pokémon GO Max Battle Day will run on December 14th from 14:00 to 17:00 local time which focuses on the Pokémon Gigantamax Snorlax
During the event, Max Particle limit will be increased to 1600 and you'll get 8* Max Particles from Power Spots. You'll also get 2* Max Particles from Exploring and 1/4 Adventure Distance to get it
There will be free Timed Research to get Candy, Max Particles and a Dynamax Machop. It will be available from December 8th at 06:00 local time
There will be paid ticket to give Timed Research for 1 Max Mushroom and 25,000 Experience, as well as 2* Max Battle Experience and a Max Particle Collection Limit of 5600

This item will then unlock a special Side Mission, Project M, which follows a story starting at the Lysandre Labs that ends with you encountering a Mewtwo. This event will run from 00:00 UTC on December 5th through 23:59 UTC on December 7th and again from December 12th through December 14th with Blissey joining it for the second run

There will be Global Challenges focused around defeating Max Battles during this event. Once the challenge is complete, Clobbopus will spawn in the wild, alongside Mienfoo and Jangmo-o and you will get increased Candy from Max Battles
There will be 2* Catch Candy and increased chance of shiny Dynamax Hitmonlee and Dynamax Hitmonchan
Poliwag, Machop, Makuhita and Octillery will spawn in the wild
There will be Field Research for Fast TMs, Charged TMs and encounters with Dynamax Hitmonlee & Dynamax Hitmonchan

Pokémon Legends: Z-A's Ranked Battle Season 3 has begun. This season is the second for the Z-A Battle Club and features battles to get rewards by earning points in the battle, and allows for use for Zygarde. This season will run until December 18th at 05:59 UTC
Players who reach Rank Y will get a Greninjite and players who reach Rank V will get a Delphoxite. Players who reach Rank S will get a Chesnaughtite to Mega Evolve their Chesnaught into Mega Chesnaught, adding it into the game.

The Pass will include encounters with Pokémon like Palkia, as well as Stardust, candy, Poké Balls, and if you purchase then you'll get a Timed Incubator, additional encounters and premium items
At Rank 25 you will be able to open 40 gifts a day, receive up to 125 gifts a day and hold up to 30 gifts in your bag. If you get the Deluxe pass, you will be able to open 50 a day, receive up to 150 a day from PokéStops and Gyms and hold up to 40 in your bag
At Rank 50 you will get 2* Daily Adventure Incense duration

The latest Pokémon TCG Pocket event is now live. This event is part 2 of the Special Missions to celebrate the first anniversary of the game. This event gives various missions which offer Booster Packs for A-Series expansions as rewards. They are available until December 17th 2025.

Pokémon UNITE has announced further details on the coming changes to the license point system which comes from December 4th 2025. It is recommended to spend Aeos Coins on licenses before then
You will be able to exchange Aeos Coins for License Points: 10 Coins will turn into 1 Point
Unite licenses will cost a variety of points, from 325 to 1960 per Unite License
The game's ranking system is to change soon and will show progression as a gauge. Rank Points will also be earned based on performance in battle such as being the top KOer will give 3 additional points

A new rank above Master Rank will be available, the Legend Rank which requires 1000 rank points to hit
Theia Sky Ruins will have another change to its shape and Pokémon in the tall grass. Kyogre will be added as the Pokémon to defeat at the 8 minute mark and defeating it will give an effect that continually restores Hit Points. Its release is currently undated
Experience points are to be changed. Points gained by defeating wild Pokémon with an ally will be evenly split between all players who helped and the points gained by defeating a wild Pokémon together are higher than defeating it solo. The Exp. Share will also no longer affect how points are distributed

There are two different variants of the medal. Today is Day 1 of the Pokémon Latin America International Championships. Today features battles for all four of the games in the current Play! Pokémon Circuit: UNITE, TCG, GO and Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. All four games will be streamed in individual streams
All four streams will begin at 12:00 UTC / 07:00 EST / 06:00 PST

Pokémon Café ReMix has begun the next event. This event is the Pancham All Grown Up event and adds Pancham (Antique Suit) into the game. This event is a Full-Bellied event where you complete One Minute Cooking stages to earn points to exchange for rewards. This event runs until December 1st 2025
Alongside this, a new Delivery Focus is live to get Banette (Antique Gallery)

To celebrate Eevee Day, Pokémon Sleep is giving all players a special gift. This gift consists of an Eevee Incense and 1,121 Sleep Points. To be eligible, you need to have logged in to the game prior to today. The gifts need to be redeemed by February 21st 2026

The Pokémon GO Eevee Max Battle Weekend is rolling out globally. During this event, which runs from 06:00 local time to 21:00 local time each day until Monday November 24th and focuses on Dynamax Eevee, which is now added into the game. Alongside this, you have an increase in Max Particles obtainable and several more boosts

Pokémon Legends: Z-A - Ranked Battle Season 3

Pokémon Legends: Z-A's Ranked Battle Season 3 has been announced. This season will run from November 27th 2025 at 06:00 UTC to December 18th at 01:59 UTC. It also allows Zygarde to be used unlike the first seasons. You can only use 1 Restricted Pokémon on your team at any time
Players will be able to get the Greninjite at Rank Y, the Delphoxite at Rank V and for the first time, the Chesnaughtite at Rank S
Players who reach Rank E and above will also receive Safari Balls at the end of the season.
Mega Evolutions added in the Pokémon Legends: Z-A Mega Dimension DLC will not be allowed during this season
We've added all known details in our Ranked Battle Season 3 section including available Pokémon and rewards.

Pokémon Trading Card Game - Ascended Heroes

The Pokémon Company International have also officially revealed the next set, Ascended Heroes. This set will be released in January 30th 2026 and features a variety of Pokémon including the first Pokémon cards for Mega Evolution Pokémon from Pokémon Legends: Z-A. It will be releasedd in various different products throughout 2026 and contains over 290 cards including new Tera Pokémon ex, Trainer's Pokémon and Mega Evolution Pokémon ex

A Two Pack Blister Pack with a promo card will release on January 30th 2026
Tech Sticker Collections featuring 3 booster packs and a promo card featuring Charmander or Gastly with a sticker of Mega Charizard Y or Mega Gengar will release on January 30th 2026
The Elite Trainer Box will release on February 20th 2026 and features an Illustration N's Zekrom promo card
Five Mini Tins which contain 2 booster packs will be available on February 20th 2026
Premium Poster Collections with Mega Attack Rare style cards for Mega Gardevoir ex and Mega Lucario ex with 10 Booster Packs will release March 20th 2026
The Booster Bundle will release on April 24th 2026

First, the Pokémon Vaporeon is now available to obtain as a new unique Unite License. Alongside this, its new Checkered Style Holowear is also available
