Ursaring, The Hibernator Pokémon. It is a good climber but it prefers to snap trees with its legs and eat the fallen berries. Since it can distinguish any smell, it always finds food buried deep underground. It eats and sleeps on Tree Tops.

Strategy Using Ursaring
The first thing to note about this Pokemon is its incredibly high attack stat, which matches that of Ho-oh and Kingler.
Also, it can learn Swords dance, it has its good points and bad points on this Pokemon: Good Points: 1st - It boosts Ursarings Attack strength Bad: This takes a turn, a turn that you may not survive, with below average defenses and speed, it might be difficult to pull it of.
However, if you don't want Swords dance, I would recommend this moveset: Aerial ace, Earthquake, Return, Brick break.
For this moveset however, Brick break takes out a variety of Pokemon, including Ice, Rock, Steel. Return should obviously be considered, since its getting STAB strength.
Don't want Swords dance? Pick another move to replace it, Aerial ace is one possibility, or maybe a Hidden Power Physical of some kind.
If you want to take advantage of its ability, then possibly replace Return with Facade, which, when Ursaring is under a status condition is: Facade + STAB + double strength, then guts comes into effect too, multiplying Ursaring's attack by 1.5
Its speed is kind of bad, even with a speed benefitting nature, it would still be quite slow. Just push as much strength into its attack power with the nature/hold item and max EV's in attack.
This Pokemon has a pretty decent attack strength, but its other lacklustre stats, such as its defenses and speed, has somewhat hindered this Pokemon's strength and usefulness.

Strategy Against Ursaring
Ursaring's Defenses are both about average and Identical so attack with volleys of attacks or Fighting types to topple it.

A good Contest Moveset for Ursaring would have to be this for the Tough Contest best with Impish, Lax, Relaxed or Bold Nature:
