The HeartGold & SoulSilver Promos were the fourth wave of promotional cards released. These promos were a new set that followed the HeartGold & SoulSilver series. As such, they are numbered HGSS. Like the LEGEND era cards, these promos feature the Pokémon card mechanics of Pokémon Prime Cards. However, unlike the previous promo sets, the bulk of these cards came in Collector's Tins and Blister Packs.
