Move Tutors

Like most games introduced in the middle of a generation, Pokémon Black 2 & White 2 have got move tutors. These people, dotted around Unova, give your Pokémon the ability to learn moves that they cannot normally know. First there are the ones carried over from Black & White, but there are also four new tutors teaching a variety of moves

PWT - Pledge Moves

In the furthest right stall in the PWT, you will encounter a character who will teach certain Pokémon (all starters) one of the Pledge Moves if they have sufficient happiness.

PWT - Elemental Hyper Beams

In the furthest right stall in the PWT, you will encounter a character who will teach certain Pokémon (all starter final evolutions) one of the Pledge Moves if they have sufficient happiness.

Driftveil City - Red Shards

The first tutor you'll meet is in Driftveil City. In this house, you will find a man who will offer to teach these moves to your Pokémon.

Super Fang 10 -- 90 The user chomps hard on the target with its sharp front fangs. It cuts the target's HP to half. 6
Uproar 10 90 100 The user attacks in an uproar for three turns. Over that time, no one can fall asleep. 6
Seed Bomb 15 80 100 The user slams a barrage of hard-shelled seeds down on the target from above. 6
Dual Chop 15 40 90 The user attacks its target by hitting it with brutal strikes. The target is hit twice in a row. 6
Low Kick 20 -- 100 A powerful low kick that makes the target fall over. It inflicts greater damage on heavier targets. 8
Gunk Shot 5 120 70 The user shoots filthy garbage at the target to attack. It may also poison the target. 8
Thunderpunch 15 75 100 The target is punched with an electrified fist. It may also leave the target with paralysis. 10
Fire Punch 15 75 100 The target is punched with a fiery fist. It may also leave the target with a burn. 10
Ice Punch 15 75 100 The target is punched with an icy fist. It may also leave the target frozen. 10

The second tutor you'll meet is in Lentimas Town In this house, you will find a man who will offer to teach these moves to your Pokémon.

Icy Wind 15 55 95 The user attacks with a gust of chilled air. It also reduces the targets' Speed stat. 6
Iron Tail 15 100 75 The target is slammed with a steel-hard tail. It may also lower the target's Defense stat. 6
Aqua Tail 10 90 90 The user attacks by swinging its tail as if it were a vicious wave in a raging storm. 8
Earth Power 10 90 100 The user makes the ground under the target erupt with power. It may also lower the target's Sp. Def. 8
Zen Headbutt 15 80 90 The user focuses its willpower to its head and attacks the target. It may also make the target flinch. 8
Foul Play 15 95 100 The user turns the target's power against it. The higher the target's Attack stat, the greater the damage. 8
Superpower 5 120 100 The user attacks the target with great power. However, it also lowers the user's Attack and Defense. 10
Gravity 5 -- -- Gravity is intensified for five turns, making moves involving flying unusable and negating Levitate. 10
Dragon Pulse 10 90 100 The target is attacked with a shock wave generated by the user's gaping mouth. 10
Dark Pulse 15 80 100 The user releases a horrible aura imbued with dark thoughts. It may also make the target flinch. 10

Opelucid City - Draco Meteor

After defeating Drayden, he will be found within his house where he will gladly teach your Dragon-type Pokémon the move; Draco Meteor.

Humilau City- Yellow Shards

The third tutor you'll meet is in Humilau City In this house, you will find a man who will offer to teach these moves to your Pokémon.

Giga Drain 10 75 100 A nutrient-draining attack. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target. 10
Drain Punch 10 75 100 An energy-draining punch. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target. 10
Pain Split 20 -- -- The user adds its HP to the target's HP, then equally shares the combined HP with the target. 10
Tailwind 30 -- -- The user whips up a turbulent whirlwind that ups the Speed of all party Pokémon for four turns. 10

Nacrene City - Green Shards

The last tutor you'll meet is in Nacrene City. In this house, you will find a man who will offer to teach these moves to your Pokémon.

Spite 10 -- 100 The user unleashes its grudge on the move last used by the target by cutting 4 PP from it. 8
Recycle 10 -- -- The user recycles a held item that has been used in battle so it can be used again. 10
Trick 10 -- 100 The user catches the target off guard and swaps its held item with its own. 10
Stealth Rock 20 -- -- The user lays a trap of levitating stones around the opponent's team. The trap hurts opponents that switch into battle. 10
Outrage 10 120 100 The user rampages and attacks for two to three turns. It then becomes confused, however. 10
Endeavor 5 -- 100 An attack move that cuts down the target's HP to equal the user's HP. 10
Sleep Talk 10 -- -- While it is asleep, the user randomly uses one of the moves it knows. 10
Skill Swap 10 -- -- The user employs its psychic power to exchange Abilities with the target. 10
Snatch 10 -- -- The user steals the effects of any healing or stat-changing move the opponent attempts to use. 10
