Like the previous games, Pokémon Black & White has numerous Move Tutors dotted around the Unova Region. These move tutors will teach your Pokémon various moves of which they don't normally have. This page details all of the locations of the Move Tutors around Unova.

Driftveil City - Pledge Moves

The first tutor you'll meet is in Driftveil City In this house, you will find a man who will offer to teach these moves to your Pokémon. The only Pokémon that can learn these moves are the starters from each region.

Route 13 - Elemental Hyper Beams

The next tutor you'll meet is in Route 13. In this house, you will find a man who will offer to teach these moves to your Pokémon. The only Pokémon that can learn these moves are the full evolved starters from each region and only when they have reached a certain level of happiness

Opelucid City - Draco Meteor

The next tutor is in Opelucid City. This move, taught by Iris or Drayden depending on your version, will teach any Dragon-type Pokémon the special move; Draco Meteor. This move can only be taught to Pokémon of the Dragon-type, including Arceus when holding the Draco Plate.

Moor of Icirrus - Secret Sword

The next tutor is a tutor that caters specifically for the legendary Pokémon; Keldeo. When you have received Keldeo through an event, take it to the Moor of Icirrus, with the legendary Pokémon; Cobalion, Terrakion & Virizion also in your team. When you arrive, a man will come up and tell you how Keldeo was orphaned during a forest fire and the other Pokémon raised it. He will then allow you to teach Keldeo this special move

Castelia City - Relic Song

The next tutor is a tutor that caters specifically for the legendary Pokémon; Meloetta. When you have received Meloetta through an event, take it to the café in Castelia City. There, the musician will tell you about how Meloetta lost its voice. It will start to sing and will learn Relic Song. This move can then change Meloetta's form in battle.
