The Sky Pillar is located within Route 131 and is the dwelling of the Pokémon, Rayquaza. This pillar has multiple floors, two of which contain a puzzle which require you to navigate various cracked tiles using the Mach Bike where the tiles will crack as soon as you step on them, dropping you down to the floor below.
