Sleep Tracking

Sleep Tracking is the main element of the game and this is done by using one of two methods. You can track two sleep cycles per day which need to be at least 90 minutes

The first is natively with the phone. When you start the sleep mode, put the phone face down on the bed, plugged in, and the game will track the sleep based upon your movement and sounds.

You can also connect the Pokémon GO Plus + and have the device track your sleep without access to the app.

You will be able to play relaxing sounds on the app or through the Pokémon GO Plus +, set alarms and more.

After your sleep is done, your sleep will get ranked based on duration and how well you slept. If you reach 8 and a half hours of sleep, then you will hit 100 Points.

Sleep Data

With the Sleep Data registered, you will have the ability to review it. The game treats your sleep in three different categories: Dozing, Snoozing and Slumbering and the predominant kind of sleep helps determine the Pokémon that you will encounter

You will receive a graph showing this and also giving details including the Time it took to fall asleep and the time in each of the three categories. If you played using your phone, the game will also track the audio, giving recordings of any abnormalities.

You will have the ability to ssee up to 30 days of your records for sleep, or all records if you have a Premium subscription.
