Ribbons

Like the previous games, Pokémon Sun & Moon includes Ribbons on your Pokémon. Like the previous generation, Pokémon X & Y introduce a variety of new ribbons into the fold, allowing for you to obtain them in-game. This page is to detail the ribbons you can find in the game, and where to get them

When transferring from previous games, more ribbons will become visible to players through the use of Pokémon which obtained them within Generations III, IV, V & VI. Click here for a full list

Alola Champion Ribbon A Ribbon awarded for becoming the Alola Champion and entering the Alola Hall of Fame. Defeat the Alola Elite Four with this Pokémon
Best Friends Ribbon Ribbon that can be given to a Pokémon with which you share a close and meaningful bond. Max affection with a Pokémon in Pokémon Amie and show person in Malie City Community Center
Effort Ribbon Ribbon awarded for being an exceptionally hard worker. - Max out Effort Values on the Pokémon Royal Avenue
Footprint Ribbon A Ribbon awarded to a Pokémon deemed to have a top-quality footprint. - Show a Pokémon which has increased in level by over 30 levels Hano Grand Resort
Battle Royal Master Ribbon A Ribbon that can be given to a Pokémon that has achieved victory in the Battle Royal. - Defeat Battle Royal Master Rank battle Royal Avenue
Battle Tree Great Ribbon A Ribbon awarded for winning against a Battle Legend in the Battle Tree. Battle Tree
Battle Tree Master Ribbon A Ribbon awarded for winning against a Battle Legend in super battles in the Battle Tree. Battle Tree
