Haunter, The Gas Pokémon. It saps life by licking. By doing this it causes shaking that wont stop till the opponent dies. If you trip or fall for no reason, A Haunter caused it. If you hear a sound and theres nothing around, a Haunter caused it. It lurks its victims in total darkness. It's tongue is made of gas. When hiding in the gas, it plots to attack the next person past it and sap their life by licking. If it beckons you, you must never approach it. Due to it's abilities to pass through walls, it is said to be from another dimension

0With a great special attack and good speed, this pokemon is best as special sweeper. Although its a ghost type, being part poison causes Psychic pokemon to cause damage, and with low defenses it won't last long if you don't strike first, this is where Hidden power Dark comes in handy. Giga drain, Psychic and Thunderbolt, are all good moves for special sweeping. Giga drain can be replaced for status damaging moves such as will 'o wisp, but its entirely up to you.
