Tangela, The Vine Pokémon. It's body is covered in vines that are similar to seaweed. It's vines shake as it walks. It's identity is obscured by it's vines. They are said to never stop growing. The vines are known to un-nerve Tangela's foes. It tangles any moving thing with its vines. Their subtle shaking is tickling if you get snared.
