Strategy Using Ledian
Ledian's one of the most misunderstood pokemon in the Pokemon world and is one of the most underused due to its stats. But, with a little pumping up, ledian can be a good annoyer with toxic and set up safeguard and baton pass for other pokemon. Silver Wind gives it a bug move that than help in a pinch as does Brick Break. Ledian can work really well if the trainer will take the time and effort to raise one so it could be the best it can be. Ledian may be underused, but it can be good if the trainer puts effort into it.
Strategy Against Ledian
Ledian has pretty poor Defense so if you just attack with its weaknesses or physical attacks...you should easily be able to knock it down. Fire Pokémon are good here
