Strategy Using Masquerain
Masquerin stats are slightly below average and probably won't last long in many battles. The idea of this moveset is a simple annoyer. Stun spore, while not that accurate, can still be good when it does hit. Use attract on your opponent's pokemon (of course if its the opposite gender).
Use agility to increase that speed and use water pulse due to its special attack, which is greater than its attack strength, and it also has a chance of confusing. You might want to consider replacing Water pulse with Ice beam too, but there aren't many other choices to go for.

Max out the EVs in HP for Masquerain with any remaining in Special Defense & Defense
Strategy Against Masquerain
Masquerain's Defense is lower than it's Special Defense so its best to go with a volley of Physical attacks. However Super effective attacks like Electric or Fire should also work equally as well
