Camerupt, a pokemon with good attack and special defense strength, average defenses and poor speed. Overheat, although reduces Special attack, is there because of STAB and is the only attack on this pokemon that relies on Special attack. The other attacks are there to take advantage of its high attack.

EV Corner:

Max out the EVs in Attack for Camerupt with any remaining in Special Defense & HP

Strategy Against Camerupt

Camerupt's Defense and Special Defenses are pretty average, so if you go in with a volley of Physical or Super Effective attacks, you should beat it easily
