Zangoose, The Cat Ferret Pokémon. Memories of battling its arch-rival Seviper are etched into every cell of it's body. It adroitly dodges attacks with incredible agility. It usually stays on all fours, but when angered, it gets up on its hind legs and extends its claws. If it comes across a Seviper, its fur bristles and it assumes its battle pose. Its sharp claws are its best weapon.
Battle Moveset A Good Moveset for Zangoose would have to be this: Attacks:

Leftovers OR Preferred Nature: Adamant OR Jolly Strategy Using Zangoose Zangoose used to be one of the top OUs around, and is still a force to be reckoned with despite falling out of popularity. With a single Sword Dance and good knowledge of how to use it, Zangoose can be devastating. Without Focus Punch you'll encounter a lot of problems with Skarmory, however, with Focus Punch and properly timed prediction a Max Attack Sword Dance boosted Zangoose will rip a 60-70% hole into Skarmory's defences. Quick Attack on the other hand destroys the majority of faster Pokémon, most of which lack defences. Thunder Wave does a similar deal, catching switched in Pokémon (like Salamence for example) and quartering their speed while leaving them potentially disabled. EV Corner:
EVs: 252 Atk / 42 Def / 216 Spd You need at least 270 Speed to outrun Adamant Heracrosses. Max Attack aids in damaging your opponents. Dump the rest into Defence since the only attack you're likely to take are Skarmory's Drill pecks if you get out predicted.
EVs: 252 Atk / 30 Def / 228 Spd Has enough speed to outrun the standard Salamence and Zapdos but at the sacrifice of some attack. Other Optional Sets:
Zangoose @ Choice Band CB works on just about any physical attacker and Zangoose is no exception. Double-Edge can be used for power since you shouldn't be taking any hits with your Zangoose anyway. Quick Attack can catch faster Pokémon off guard can potentially save you once a sweeper has set up. Double-Kick breaks through Substitutes, although with the Boah set dying out it's value against QA has dropped.
Zangoose @ Salac Berry With Tyranitars getting fewer Endure sets have potential again. Sub-Punch can throw people off when combined with Subbing down to 1 HP. Strategy Against Zangoose Most Steel types and Rock types with solid defence can stop Zangoose in it's tracks if you have the prediction to handle Focus Punch timing. Skarmory is the poster choice for stopping Zangoose in tis tracks, and Zangoose's weak defence leave it open to Drill Pecks. Contest Moveset A good Contest Moveset for Zangoose would have to be this for the Cool Contest best with Lonely, Adament, Naughty or Brave Nature: Attacks:
Quick Attack Items Attached: Red Scarf Strategy Using Zangoose If you do the attacks in this following order you should have very few problems; 1st - Quick attack, 2nd - Aerial ace, 3rd - Quick attack/Thunderbolt, 4th - Aerial ace, 5th - Hyper beam Locations in Games
