The first "scans" from CoroCoro have arrived and it confirms Shaymin's Sky Forme as well as provides smaller stuff regarding Platinum. At the moment the scans are way too small to get any info or decent pictures from, however there will be more scans in the coming week. However, it does seem to hint that the RS Regis are now obtainable within Platinum.
The blue skY blog has managed to get some further information from the scans despite the size. Aside from the Regis noted above (which can only be obtained with Movie Regigigas it seems, it is unknown if this will change outside of Japan), there are two new characters to be input in the game, their names and purpose are not yet known. There's a new area called the Torn World, and Shaymin's Sky Forme is Grass/Flying and weighs in at 0.4m and 5.4kg. We'll bring more as bigger scans arrive. Below are the scans

My Pokémon Ranch

My Pokémon Ranch is released today on the WiiWare shop for American Audiences. This game acts as a box, holding up to 1,000 Pokémon for your games (up to 8 carts allowed). It has the ability of getting you access to many other Pokémon too as well as interacting with them in the cute stylised look of the game. It costs 1,000 Wii Points so if you're in the US, be sure to go download it. Yukari, the person who owns the Ranch's US name is revealed as Hayley.We'll bring news on the EU release as it comes. Clearer Pic of Shaymin?

Overnight, Japanese Blog blue skY obtained images of some badges set for release at the end of the month to promote the 11th movie. These badges feature a clearer picture of Shaymin's Sky Forme, finally confirming it and erasing all doubt. As CoroCoro is due out in the week, we'll likely have full artwork and maybe in-game screenshots then so be sure to check back

American Deoxys Event

Thanks to all of you for sending this in. In America in the weekends beginning June 20th and June 27th, Gamestop will be giving away free Deoxys for you to put onto your game. It is said that the Deoxys has special moves and a special hold item, but this has yet to be confirmed. Be sure to check your local Gamestop to see if they are doing this event

Clearer Pic of Shaymin?

Overnight, a new image cropped up around Japanese Image Boards that supposedly shows a clearer picture of Shaymin from another bit of merchandise. However, as there is no source to trace this back on, it is possible that it is a fake pic based upon the picture that arrived yesterday. Regardless of that however, it is still right to show you as even if fake, it gives a good idea of Shaymin's new form. We'll keep you aprised on further developments as and when they happen

Shaymin Form or New Pokémon?

Today, the All About Pokémon Figures blog noticed something on the official site when they updated with Pokémon Festa 2008 information. There was a bit of merchandise shown on it that features, albeit in very very small form, a certain Pokémon. This image has since been removed from the official site. This matches the description that was given by an "insider" of the Sky Forme of Shaymin, but it could be something else. As, if their story is true, it was promptly removed, we cannot be 100% sure on the authenticity of this, but it is likely. However, it is always best to be cautious. Here is the picture, blown up as it was small, and we'll keep you aprised on further developments. It is by Pikachu if you cannot see it

Darkrai Still Being Given Away

It was revealed yesterday by various Nintendo World employees, and the official site itself, Darkrai is still being given out in the Nintendo World store in New York and is said to until the middle of June. My Pokémon Ranch rated

Last week, the Australian games rating board (OFLC) officially rated Pokémon Ranch with its English name of; My Pokémon Ranch. Earlier this week, the ESRB in America also rated My Pokémon Ranch and gave it an E rating. Although this doesn't say much, it hints that My Pokémon Ranch should be out for WiiWare release soon. New Pikachu Short revealed

As with every movie, there has been a Pikachu short to accompany it, however since 2004 they have all been shown on the ANA (All Nippon Airways) flights in August. This year is no exception as the 11th Pikachu Short will be airing this August on select flights. It will be released on DVD at some point in Spring next year if we follow previous release conventions. This short is called Pikachu's Great Ice Adventure and features the star Pokémon of the show all getting sepetrated after being hit by a Snowstorm and they have to find team up with TR's Pokémon to get back.
