Pidgeot, The Bird Pokémon. When hunting it skims the surface of the water at high speed to pick off prey such as Magikarp. It flies at the speed of approx. Mach 2. Its large talons are feared as weapons. Its well developed Chest muscles allow it to whip up a windstorm with 2 wing flaps. It spreads its wings to frighten it's enemies. It's excellent vision allows it to see Magikarps Splashing even from 3,300 feet. It has a dazzling plumage of glossy feathers. Many trainers are captivated by the beauty of it's feathers on it's head, compelling them to choose one on their team.

Strategy Using Pidgeot
Thanks to the forum member called BlaBlaBla, who has helped with moveset today. Pidgeot has some slightly below average bases stats, its speed being average.
It has a really small movepool and for a pokemon, it just doesn't have the capabilities that other pokemon have. Toxic and Whirlwind to use as a Toxishuffler.
Featherdance is a helpful move if you want Pidgeot to last longer in battle, but it really doesn't work together with whirlwind well, you possibly replace it with Substitute if you want to.
Aerial ace is needed for the sake of an attacking move plus it gains a boost from STAB. Or possibly replace Aerial ace with HP ground if you wish.
As a serious battler, Pidgeot is lacking in most stats and its movepool limits what this pokemon can do. Swellow is a better choice than Pidgeot if you wanted to go with a flying pokemon like this.

Max out the EVs in Speed for Pidgeot with any remaining in Special Defense & Defense
Strategy Against Pidgeot
Pidgeot's Defenses are both average, however it's Special Defense is lower than it's Physical. So attack with a volley of Special Attacks or Ice, Electrick or Rock Type Attacks and it'll be down in no time

A good Contest Moveset for Pidgeot would have to be this for the Cool Contest best with Lonely, Adament, Naughty or Brave Nature:
