Sneasel, The Sharp Claw Pokémon. Its paws conceal large claws. If attacked it extends the claws and startles the enemy. Vicious in nature, it drives Pidgey from their nests and feasts on the eggs they leave behind. It hides under the cover of darkness waiting to attack its prey. Sneasel scales trees with its large claws into tree barks. It eats eggs in nests when the parents are away

Strategy Using Sneasel
Before I begin, a special thanks has to go out for Haneet, who helped with the EV distribution and also suggested Return/Quick attack as a possible fourth slot replacement move.
Well, the problem with Sneasel is firstly: Its type combo, Sneasel is a Dark and Ice combination which gives it a 4x weakness to fighting moves. Also, these two types are Special types, so no STAB is gained in this moveset.
The reason it doesn't have any special moves is due to its poor special attack. However, Sneasel has been given good speed and good attack. Sneasel can also learn quite a few different Physical attacks too.
Sneasel is best suited for a physical sweeper because of its stats and movepool. It could possibly be used as a focus puncher but this set works just as well.
Instead of HP ground, you could have Swords dance which will become available in Fire red/Leaf green. This will increase its attack strength. But if you can't get either moves, use one of the moves Haneet suggested.
There isn't anything else to explain about the moveset, its just basically, pick one move to your advantage and sweep away. EV's are maxed in Attack due to it having an already high attack strength and this would boost it too.
Also, split EV's into Speed and Defense. The reason defense was picked was due to it needing more defense than it does special defense. Since Brick break is quite a common move, it needs all the help it can get to defend against this.
Other than that, Sneasel is not so bad, although it doesn't have the best thing going for it with the type combination.

Sneasel's Defense is weaker than its Special Defense so if you hit with Fighting type moves, Sneasel will faint quickly
