Dusclops, The Beckon Pokémon. Its body is entirely hollow. When it opens its mouth, it sucks everything in as if it were a black hole. It will absorb anything into its body, but nothing will ever come back out. It hypnotizes its foe by waving its hands in a macabre manner and by bringing its single eye to bear. The hypnotized foe is made to do it's bidding.

Strategy Using Dusclops
Dusclops is one of those defensive pokemon, having a base stat of 130 in both defenses. It can learn quite a few moves that will work with its high defenses.
This is the cursetrapper, set up a Mean look to prevent your opponent switching, then use Curse and it will slowly sap your opponent's HP.
Confuse ray is intended to buy some time for curse to work and for allow Rest to be used as well.
Night shade is a possible replacement over Confuse Ray, since the amount of damage it deals is always the same, depending on level, this could be handy if your opponent needs that extra amount of damage to defeat it.
It can be used as a tank, an annoyer and can use various other movesets. But for now, Dusclops can use its awesome defenses and his ghost type to his advantage, being weak to few pokemon, it will be hard to defeat.
