Sea Route 19
Route 19 has many water Pokémon Trainers swimming around waiting for a good match with you. Remember not to tire out your Pokémon fighting these trainers because once you get into Seafoam Island you'll be bombarded by wild Pokémon of strong and powerful types and levels
Also, If you were lucky enough to get the Surfing Pikachu feature on Pokémon Stadium you will be able to play a nice long mini-game using your surfing Pikachu, Its not hard, just surf the waves and do stunts and get the highest score
