As we reported upon announcement, this special Pok�mon, a Metagross with its Hidden Ability of Light Metal and the special move of Double-Edge, is accessible to players who have signed up and participated in official Pok�mon Leagues across the world, specifically the Driftveil Season. For those of you with the International Black, White, Black 2 and White 2 games and who participated in the recent Spring Friendly, the new C-Gear skin promotion is live from 13:00 local time. This promotion allows you to receive a special C-Gear featuring the Black Kyurem and another featuring White Kyurem and is active until August 1st 2013. No password is required for this promotion

For those of you with the European Pok�mon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity game, the next batch of DLC is live from today! The new dungeons provided today are Axe Rock, which contains Axew, which can be purchased for �1.39/�1.50. For those of you with the English language Black 2 & White 2 games, the current WiFi event is due to end in a few days. This WiFi event provides a special Level 100 Deoxys with the moves Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Recover and Psycho Boost, while holding the Life Orb and coming in the Dusk Ball. As has been announced within their E3 schedule, Nintendo is due to have a special Pok�mon X & Y Presentation/Q&A at one of the roundtables following their Nintendo Direct presentation. This presentation is to run on June 11th at 6pm Pacific time (9pm Eastern, 2am England) within the E3 halls and will last 90 minutes. It is run by Junichi Masuda and Tsunekazu Ishihara, the president of The Pok�mon Company. It is unknown if the content for this Q&A will be broadcast on the internet, but we'll provide details as it comes

Pok�mon Rumble U - Genesect Figure

Following its reveal on Thursday, more details about the Pok�mon Rumble U promotional figure has been revealed. During today's Pok�mon Smash, it was revealed that there will be five figures, each representing one of the five Genesect from the movie and thus Pok�mon Smash. Each figure will have a different type version of TechnoBlast. Like the Lucario, you can apply to win the set by sending in a postcard to the show with only 100 sets being given away.

Pok�mon Smash has also revealed that they will be running a weekly segment which will cover information related to Pok�mon X & Pok�mon Y. For those of you in Europe, the new game Pok�mon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity is out!. Available both in-store and for download on the Nintendo 3DS eShop. This game has you play as a human turned into a Pok�mon when he sees a vision of Munna being chased by Hydreigon. We covered this game in full back during its Japanese release in November. We have full Pok�mon Listings & Dungeon Listings, details on the Pok�mon Paradise, Companion Mode and much more including updates to the Spin-off Pok�dex.

This figure is a special Genesect figure based upon the leader of the Genesect Corps made up by the hosts of the TV show, Pok�mon Smash. As it's based upon the leader of the Genesect Corps, it is likely that this figure will be shiny, making it based upon the Red Genesect. For those of you in Japan, the special Eevee Edition 3DS LL has been officially revealed. This new 3DS LL is due for release in the Pok�mon Centres across Japan. Like the Charizard one last year, ability to get this 3DS LL is done via a lottery, with applications beginning today until June 3rd. If successful, it will cost 18,900¥ and purchasable from June 22nd. Like all 3DS systems, it's region locked. We'll provide further details should this special console make it outside of Japan. In celebration of the 15th annivesary of th� Pok�mon Centres across Japan, several new event Pok�mon have been announced. For Sapporo, Empoleon will be given from May 15th to 21st and holds an Air Balloon, for Tohoku, Serperior will be given from May 22nd to May 28th and holds Leftovers, for Tokyo Pikachu will be given from May 29th to June 4th and holds a Light Ball, for Yokohama, Torterra will be given from June 5th to June 11th with a Choice Band, for Nagoya Infernape will be give from June 12th to June 18th and has a Focus Sash, for Osaka Emboar will be given from June 19th to June 25th and holds a Choice Scarf and in Fukoka, Samurott will be given from June 26th to July 2nd and has an Expert Belt. Then, from July 3rd to July 7th at each, you can receive one of any of them randomly. All these Pok�mon are being distributed at Level 100. The Event Database has been updated with these events

Pok�mon Black 2 & White 2 - Red Genesect Event

Following its reveal on Monday, we have more details on the special Shiny Genesect event being distributed in movie theatres across Japan. First, we have an end date. As suspected, the event will run from July 13th 2013 to September 30th 2013 in all theatres showing the movie. Next, its final move has been confirmed to be its signature move, Techno Blast. Lastly, its nature has been revealed to be set and is the nature Hasty, which boosts Speed while hindering Defense. It is also revealed that it has very high Attack and Speed stats

Pok�mon Black 2 & White 2 - WiFi Competitions

The next Pok�mon Black 2 & White 2 WiFi tournament has been announced. This WiFi Competition, the 2013 International Challenge - June is the fourth International tournament for Black 2 & White 2. Like usual, it's a Double Battle using the National Pok�dex barring Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Chatot, Celebi, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect. It is seperated into three divisions; Junior, Senior and Master with places not determined outside of Japan. Registration runs from June 14th 2013 to June 20th 2013 while the tournament itself runs from June 21st to June 24th. All entrants will all receive a Ganlon Berry, a Petaya Berry and the Apicot Berry. Like before, if you do well, it will provide you with points to go towards your VGC entry

Pok�mon X & Y - English Names & Screenshots

Following its reveal in CoroCoro on Saturday, The Pok�mon Company has now announced the US names of the latest Pok�mon. First, Gogoat shall be known as Gogoat. Elikiteru will be known as Helioptile, Yayakoma will be known as Fletchling and Yancham will be known as Pancham. In addition to this, they have also confirmed a few other bits. First, the Karos Region shall be called Kalos and Miare City shall be called Lumiose City. The move Parting Remark will be called Parting Shot and Parabola Charge will be Parabolic Charge.
It also confirms that at certain points you'll be able to get new outfits and accessories for your Trainer! It also confirmed diagonal movement. They also sent a new batch of directfeed screenshots, which have been added to our pre-release screenshot page. Click the image to go to the page

The first image of the next 3DS LL for Japan has come out. Previously announced, this console is to be released via a special lottery to celebrate the Pok�mon Center's 15th birthday. This 3DS LL is based upon the Pok�mon Eevee and features a striped pattern. The lottery begins tomorrow and the winners of it can purchase the Eevee 3DS LL for 18,880¥. The next batch of CoroCoro information has been released and this batch showcases more information on the upcoming movie, Extremespeed Genesect: Mewtwo Awakens. It confirms that the main movie distribution is to be a shiny Genesect with Extremspeed, Blaze Kick and Shift Gear and holds the Choice Scarf. It is to be distributed at Level 100 from July 13th to the end of September. CoroCoro also promises more Pok�mon X & Y news during their next issue

The first details of CoroCoro appears to have come out. With special thanks to my friend Gin for translation. First, the Pok�mon on the far right is called Gogoat (ゴーゴート literally Gohgohto) and is the Riding Pok�mon. It's Grass-type, 1.7m and 91.0kg. You can actually ride this Pok�mon in the field. It can learn Horn Leech
The lizard is called Elikiteru (エリキテル) and is a Electric/Normal-type. It is the Generation Pok�mon and is 0.5m and 6.0kg. It has a new move called Parabola Charge which heals the user while damaging opponents. It uses solar rays to generate electricity
The bird is called Yayakoma (ヤヤコマ) and is the Japanese Robin Pok�mon. It is Normal/Flying, 0.3m and 1.7kg. It announces itself with a beautiful voice. It can use the move Flame Charge
The panda is called Yancham ( ヤンチャム) and is the Naughty Pok�mon. It is Fighting-type, 0.6m and 8.0kg. It has a new move called Parting Remark which lowers the opponents stats and causes the user to switch out
There appears to be more including the game's boxarts, and the Pok�dex, as well as the region map but it's not completely visible. We'll bring more as it comes so be sure to keep checking. It also promises more information on Gogoat on a later page.
Edit: The game is set in the Karos Region which appears to be based on France. You can customise your trainer slightly with hair colour and skin shade. Main city is Miare City which is where it is seen to ride Gogoat

The episode of Japanese variety show, Pok�mon Smash, due to air on May 19th is said to be a massive Pok�mon X & Y special featuring Junichi Masuda with lots of information promised. It is likely that this information will be revealed in CoroCoro, which is due for release in Japan on Wednesday, so we could have it any time between now and then, so keep checking back.

Pok�mon Tretta Lab for Nintendo 3DS - First Screenshots

The first screenshots for the newly announced title, Pok�mon Tretta Lab for Nintendo 3DS have been revealed. In addition to that, we have new information about the game. The main game is called Pok�mon Tretta Lab Main System and is packaged as a download code for the eShop in the package. The game has three modes.
First is the Tretta Analyzer. This mode shows you the Pok�mon from the Tretta puck scanned in, its type and stats.
Second is the Type Checker. This allows you to compare two Pok�mon and see if the type combination matches up.
Third mode is Auto Battle where you scan in two Tretta pucks and it will automatically show them battle, or you can go through several scenarios.
The game, shipping on August 10th, is a digital download game distributed via a code is shipped with the scanner, a base for 3DS and 3DS XL, and three Pok�mon Tretta pucks: Eevee, Mewtwo & Lucario with a Pichu puck as a pre-order bonus. The next Pok�mon Black 2 & White 2 WiFi tournament is now open for registration. This WiFi Competition, the 2013 Spring Friendly is the fourth International tournament for Black 2 & White 2. Unlike usual, this competition is a Single Battle limited to all Pok�mon within the Unova Pok�dex, including legendaries. It is seperated into three divisions; Junior, Senior and Master with places not determined outside of Japan. Registration runs from today until May 16th 2013 while the tournament itself runs from May 17th to May 20th. All entrants will all receive a C-Gear skin for Black Kyurem & White Kyurem.

Following on from the hint in last month's CoroCoro, a reliable Japanese gaming blog with information from Famitsu, has revealed that a new game, Pok�mon Tretta Lab for Nintendo 3DS (ポケモントレッタラボ for 3DS), is to be release on August 10th 2013 in Japan for 3800¥. This game is said to come with a peripheral which allows for the scanning of Pok�mon Tretta pucks obtained for the Arcade game onto the Nintendo 3DS. We expect more information within CoroCoro over the next week so keep checking back

The latest set based upon the games; Pok�mon Black2 & White 2 is released today and SkittyOnWailord has kindly scanned his collection from the pre-release this past week. Not all cards have images yet, but we'll add them as soon as we can. This set features the majority of cards from the Japanese Thunder Knuckle & Spiral Force sets. This password comes from the Strongest Jump magazine and unlocks a Samurott with the special ability of Saikyou, the moves Ice Beam & Hydro Cannon with a strength of around 1000. For those of you with the International games, a new WiFi Competition has been announced. This competition is the 2013 Spring Friendly and runs from May 9th to May 16th for registration while the tournament is live from May 17th to May 20th. This tournament is a Single Battle tournament with only Pok�mon in the Unova Pok�dex of Black 2 & White 2 being eligible. All entrants will receive two C-Gear skins based on Black Kyurem and White Kyurem
