Pokémon Sword & Shield Pokédex - Upgrade
Ahead of the launch of Pokémon HOME later this month, we have upgraded the Pokémon Sword & Shield Pokédex to display moves that Pokémon can use that they natively can't in Sword & Shield but can if they have been transferred through Pokémon HOME from previous generations. This includes TMs from Virtual Console games, Let's Go, Level Up Moves, long lost Egg Moves, Move Tutors and more. This also automatically removes any move which cannot be used in Sword & Shield such as Hidden Power or Frustration
Unlike previous games, due to the sheer volume of moves that get listed for many Pokémon, the table itself is now hidden behind a clickable link to prevent the page getting completely cluttered. Click the link in the table and the rest of the table will automatically appear.

Today is the Pokémon GO Spotlight Hour. From 6pm to 7pm local time, a Pokémon will feature in increased spawns in your local area. Today, it's confirmed that today's Spotlight Hour focuses on the Pokémon Spoink.
