Pokémon GO
Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This event is the New Pokémon Snap Tie-in Week Week event and features an increase in spawns of Pokémon from the game and Shiny Smeargle. It runs from 10:00 local time on April 29th through May 2nd at 20:00 local time
Pokémon inspired by the areas of the Lental Region such as Lotad, Cacnea and Ducklett will appear in the wild
Smeargle will be appearing in Snapshots more often, and can now be shiny. However, it will stop being possible being Shiny after the event is concluded, but may appear in future events
Vaporeon, Meganium and Trapinch will appear in raids
There will be Field Research and Timed Researched focused around taking Snapshots
A Camera Avatar item and camera Gift Sticker will be available

Pokémon HOME
The Pokémon Company have announced a new update is to come in June. This update is going to end support for the app with the following Operating Systems and devices:
Android 5
iOS 9, 10 & 11
iPhone 5s & iPhone 6
At present it's not clear what else the update will bring but we'll give full details as it comes so be sure to keep checking back
