Medicham

Medicham, The Meditate Pokémon. It elegantly avoids attacks with dance-like steps, then launches a devastating blow in the same motion. It is said that through meditation, it heightens energy inside its body and sharpens its sixth sense. It hides its presence by merging itself with fields and mountains. It gained the ability to use psychokinetic powers. It is known to meditate for a whole month without eating.

Battle Moveset

A Good Moveset for Medicham would have to be this:

Attacks:

Brick Break
Shadow Ball
Hidden Power Rock OR Rock Slide
Fake Out

Items Attached:

Choice Band

Preferred Nature:

Adamant

Strategy Using Medicham

I have seen many different Medicham sets, baton passers, physical sweepers, special sweepers. But this one, in my opinion, takes advantage of pure power quite well.
Medicham's pure power causes its attack power to rise as soon as it is sent out. With choice band, this is going to make its attack strength a killer.
Brick break will certainly deal alot of damage, with STAB. Shadow ball covers those pokemon that Brick break won't have much an effect on i.e. Ghost pokemon
HP rock/Rock slide is for those flyers you might encounter, although you could always switch, and you will be relying on switching considering it is using Choice band.
Fake out is good if you're against pokemon with low defenses but have higher speed than your pokemon, like Alakazam. But I suggest you don't use this too often as it would require another switching out for Medicham to use some of its more powerful moves.
I'll just say one thing about the baton passing Medicham, in my opinion, it isn't all that great, I've seen Medicham with a baton passing moveset like: Calm mind, Bulk up, Psychic/Brick break, Baton pass. Well, you can figure out what's wrong with that set.
There's another Medicham moveset I like which works just as well as this one: Psych up, Swagger, Brick break, Shadow ball. Swagger your opponent, Psych up to match the attack increase, and pummel your opponent into the ground, although it is a bit risky.

EV Corner:

Max out the EVs in Attack & Speed for Medicham with any remaining in Defense

Strategy Against Medicham

Medicham' Defenses are about average & Equal so a Flying Volley should work well

Contest Moveset

A good Contest Moveset for Medicham would have to be this for the Tough Contest best with Impish, Lax, Relaxed or Bold Nature:

Attacks:

Swagger
Brick Break
Meditate
Rock Smash

Items Attached:

Yellow Scarf

Strategy Using Medicham

If you do the attacks in this following order you should have very few problems; 1st - Swagger, 2nd - Brick break, 3rd - Meditate, 4th - Rock smash, 5th - Brick break
