The Giratina Seismic Chapter was released to coincide with the release of the movie Giratina & The Sky Warrior and as such, it focuses on the Pokémon Giratina. This set is the first set released in the version of Battrio known as Pokémon Battrio S. As such, this set introduced the concept of the Pokémon having an extra special affect such as raised stats or a hold item.
