The Gathering The Sacred Sword set is the fourth in the sets for the new version of Battrio; Battrio V. As such, it continues the mechanics introduced i nthe last set including the level of the Pokémon. It also implements the Spin Attacks further. Almost every disk has a special colour of Spin Colours it needs to collect. If you get enough of each colour in play, a massive Spin Attack will come in and damage the opponents. You control the spin with one disk while the opponent has to move their Pokémon out of the way of the vortex.
It also adds the ability to utilise the Pokémon's skills to access a brand new move: the V Move allowing for further combinations. This set has more high leveled Pokémon within it, including a vast number of Level 100 Pokémon
