The POP Series 3 set continued Nintendo's release of small subsets for the Pokémon Organised Play leagues. This set was released shortly before EX: Holon Phantoms set.. Like all POP sets it has 17 cards and was the first card set to include a Pokémon card viable for competitive play that features seeral Pokémon on it; the Pichu Bros. card.
