Biography
Roger Clifford is the CEO of CNM and is the son of Howard Clifford. He is a rather flippant person with his father and his staff and always wants to be ahead of the story. He was kidnapped by his father and his Ditto, replaced by the Ditto in order to capture Mewtwo.
