The latest Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Tera Raid Battle event has begun. This event is the second Raid Worthy Pokémon event which offers some battles against Clodsire and Azumarill in the run up to the Shiny Rayquaza event

The latest Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Mass Outbreak event has begun. This event causes Mass Outbreaks of Wooper throughout Kitakami with a chance of getting the Absent-Minded Mark. This runs until December 12th 2024 at 23:59 UTC.

Pokémon TCG Pocket - Wonder Pick Event
The latest Pokémon TCG Pocket event is now live. This event is a Pick event which features a special Wonder Pick featuring new Bulbasaur & Magnemite Promo cards, as well as various missions to earn Shop Tickets to exchange for new Venusaur themed cosmetics. It runs until December 20th 2024.

Pokémon GO
Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO Community Day on December 21st & 22nd and is the annual return of the previous year's Pokémon. It runs from 09:00 to 21:00 local time each day with boosts at 14:00 to 17:00 each day
There will be 2* Catch Experience, Catch candy and Catch Stardust alongside 50% Incubator Distance.
During 14:00 to 17:00, Bellsprout, Chansey, Goomy, Rowlet, Litten & Bounsweet will spawn on December 21st while Mankey, Ponyta, Galarian Ponyta, Sewaddle, Tnamo and Popplio will spawn on December 22nd. This will have increased shiny chance during this time. They will all spawn in the rest of the weekend with the standard shiny rate
During the last 10 minutes of each hour of the event, Porygon, Cyndaquil, Bagon and Beldum will spawn in the wild
Slowpoke, Galarian Slowpoke, Poliwag, Togepi, Wooper, Paldean Wooper, Timburr, Axew, Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie, Grubbin and Noibat will be in 2km Eggs
There will be Timed Research to give players a Rainy Lure Module and Unova Stones
There will be a Special Background that all Pokémon caught during the event have a chance of having via Timed Research and the paid Special Research ticket
There will be Field Research that can lead to encounters with the event Pokémon which will have a chance of having Special Backgrounds

Pokémon feat. Hatsune Miku Project Voltage High
The first of the Pokémon feat. Hatsune Miku Project Voltage High songs has been released. This is "Evolution Evolution Evolution" by Sasuke Haraguchi with a special music video with various visuals.
We have added details to our Project Voltage section including a special page on this song, Evolution Evolution Evolution which includes an embed for the track.

The latest episode has aired in Japan today. This episode features Liko, Dot, Roy & Friede meeting with an old friend of Friede to ask for his help to find Entei. Battles have begun for the next Online Competition. This competition is the Grand Challenge 2025 III and features Double Battles in standard VGC rulesBbattles run from 00:00 UTC on December 6th through 8th.
This competition also gives 100,000 League Points, an Ability Patch and a Gold Bottle Cap to all players who complete 3 or more battles
Players enrolled in the Play! Pokémon Circuit will also receive Championship Points based on where they finish

Pokémon Café ReMix
Pokémon Café ReMix has begun the next event. This event is the Lilligant's Holiday Bash event and adds Lilligant's Holiday Outfit into the game. It's a Tea Party event that lets you earn points for each Pokémon before finally going to to Lilligant. It runs for two weeks until December 20th 2024
Alongside this, a new Delivery Focus is live to get Rowlet (Chocolage Log) and another to get Hisuian Zorua (Holidays)

It has been confirmed that the Pokémon Center in Nagoya is to close on February 16th 2024 ahead of a renewal and reopening on the third floor of the Sendai PARCO later in Spring of 2024. At present no further details have been given but a new logo has been provided featuring Pikachu and Victini
