Pokémon GO
Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This is the Bug Out event and is due to run from March 26th at 10:00 to March 30th at 20:00 local time and adds Sizzlipede & Centiskorch into the game
You will get 2* Experience for catches with Nice Throw or better and increased Candy for Nice Throws or better. Sizzlipede will be attracted to Lure Modules and if enough Pokémon are caught with help from a single Lure Module, additional Pokémon will appear near the lured PokéStop.
There will be increased chance of Shiny Wurmple & Venipede
Caterpie, Weedle, Wurmple, Nincada, Venipede, Dwebble, Joltik, Grubbin, Dewpider, Nymble and Cutiefly will be in the wild
Scyther, Nincada & Sizzlipede will be in 1 Star Raids
Beedrill, Scizor & Kleavor will be in 3 Star Raids
There will be Field Research for Mega Energy, Scatterbug Candy and encounters
There will be free Timed Research to get a Lure Module and encounters with Shedinja, Kleavor and Sizzlipede
There will be paid Timed Research for $2 to get a Lure Module, 2 Premium Battle Passes and encounters with Heracross, Kleavor and Sizzlipede
There will be Scolipede Boots & Jacket in the game store
There will be Catch & Evolution themed Collection Challenges for Stardust, Experience and Encounters

Pokémon World Championships
Registration is now open for the Pokémon World Championships Spectator Interest List is now live. Here, you need to register your interest by March 24th 2025 at 06:59 UTC. Then, in the following week, a random drzawing will be available and you may be able to obtain a pass. A standard spectator pass will cost $39 but a multiday one will cost $99. You can register on the official site here

The Pokémon Café ReMix event, Collect with Gholdengo, has made its fortnightly return. This event has Gimmighoul appear as icons in the stages. If you collect them, you can earn rewards including Gholdengo. It runs until March 14th at 05:59 UTC
