South Exit: Route 26
East Exit: Route 22
West Exit: Route 28

The Pokémon League Reception Gate is a small building which joins Routes 28, 26, 22 and Victory Road. It's only passable when all eight Johto badges are obtained. Gym Leader Janine will sometimes be found here during evenings
