Starmie, The Mysterious Pokémon. It's central core glows with seven colours of the rainbow. Some people value it as a gem. People think it's communicating when it's glowing. It glows a different colour each time you see it. Regardless of the environment it is raised in. It is always perfectly symmetrical. It is said to send electric waves out to space when glowing. Because of the glowing, it is known as the Gem of the Sea. It swims by spinning it's body as if it was a propeller going through the sea.

Strategy Using Starmie
Starmie, is by far, an excellent pokemon, with high special attack, high speed and it can learn a great range of moves.
Surf and Psychic gain a boost from STAB, great sweeping moves and with Thunderbolt/Ice beam, it can cover any weaknesses that may be used against it.
Natural cure is a good ability on Starmie (its better than Illuminate, battlewise), if a Pokemon tries to toxic/Paralyze/burn/sleep status, when you switch out to another pokemon, then back to Starmie, it should no longer have those status effects.
Electric, Grass, Dark and ghost attacks should be used against Starmie if you ever go up against one. Otherwise, you may have some trouble against this pokemon, since it has the speed and special attack to outsweep your team.
Overall, Starmie is a great pokemon, you can't go wrong with this pokemon, it also works well as a Tank. However, the above moveset is considered Overused, but that shouldn't stop you using such a cool Pokemon.
