Final Destination is arguably the simplest stage. It is essentially one flat platform with no extra platforms in mid air and no environmental hazards. It has taken a more rectangular shape than its previous Melee counterpart allowing for a more hi-tech approach graphically.
Final Destination has a unique background in which the Final Destination Stage travels through space. As the battle progresses, the background goes from Space, into a Wormhole, into a Nebula, into darkness and down to flying over an ocean. Near the end of it, the background starts to rotate and before long the process is repeated.
