Mr. Game & Watch's neutral special is the same as in previous games and has Mr. Game & Watch get a frying pan and start flipping sausages out at people, damaging them slightly. If anyone comes in contact with the frying pan, then they will also receive damage and be burned slightly.

Mr. Game & Watch's side move has Mr. Game & Watch get a hammer and a sign with a number out. The effect of the hammer on the opponent is dependant on the number as follows:

• Causes Minimal Damage. Damages Mr Game & Watch
• Taps opponent and causes slight damage
• Works like the fan item
• Does decent damage
• Does decent damage and temporarily stuns the opponent with electricity
• Does decent damage and hits the opponent with fire
• Produces food and does decent damage
• Freezes & Damages the opponent
• Causes massive damage and almost a guaranteed KO

Mr. Game & Watch's recovery move has Game & Watch propelled upwards by two firefighters and their trampoline. When being propelled, if he comes in contact with anyone, they shall be damaged.. On the way down, he will utilise a parachute to slow his decent and allow you to more easily control where you land.

Mr. Game & Watch's down special has Mr Game & Watch getting a barrel out. This barrel can store energy obtained from absorbing projectiles that have been shot at Mr Game & Watch. You have the ability to put the Bucket away and bring it back to collect more. Once three projectiles have been absorbed, you have the ability to throw oil out at the enemy.

Mr. Game & Watch's Final Smash remains unchanged from the previous game and has him change into a giant Octopus. You can then move across the stage, damaging various opponents with the tentacles that retract and expand automatically.
