PK Flash
Ness' neutral special has Ness send out a small pulse of energy as you hold the button. The direction of this energy can be controlled and will go up and then come down. When you let go of the button, a small explosion of the green energy will occur, doing decent damage to anybody that gets caught in its wake.
PK Fire
Ness' side special remains the same and has Ness send out a small bolt of energy. If this energy hits someone, then it will turn into a small pillar of fire which will damage the foes repeatedly.
PK Thunder
Ness' up special has him send out a small ball of electricity. Ness has full control over the direction of this ball and can be aimed into enemies. If Ness aims it into itself, then it will propel him rapidly in the direction the energy ball was going, causing it to act as a recovery move.
PSI Magnet
Ness's down attack is a defense against projectiles. Ness creates an energy ball around him. This ball absorbs projectile weapons and other non-physical attacks such as fire and heals Ness with it. While doing this, Ness is still vulnerable to physical attacks.
Final Smash: PK Starstorm
Ness' Final Smash has changed slightly from Super Smash Bros. Brawl. When activated, this Final Smash calls in various shooting stars that pass through and damage anyone they hit. However, in this game, you have the ability to change the direction of the storm so the storm can be aimed towards specific opponents.
