Robo Beam
R.O.B.'s s neutral move shoots out a laser from his eyes. This laser does decent damage and can slightly stun the opponent. It also has the ability of bouncing off of other surfaces. If you use it too soon after using it last, the power is diminished.
Arm Rotor
R.O.B.'s side move is a simple spin. R.O.B. will spin whilemoving, and hit any character in its way, knocking them back and doing damage. R.O.B. slightly lifts off the ground while utilising this attack from the ground.
Robo Burner
R.O.B.'s up special is essentially just a recovery move. This special won't damage opponents but rather has R.O.B. use jets from his underside to propel himself upwards. Rather than one short burst, this can be held and used repeatedly to get some traction. It does burn out after a short time, however, and that time has been reduced from Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Gyromite
R.O.B.'s Down special has R.O.B. picking up one of the Gyromite spinning tops from the original Gyromite game. You have the ability to charge the attack to increase the damage done and the distance before it is finally thrown. Afterwards, you can pick up the Gyromite as an item and throw it repeatedly until its gone.
Final Smash:
R.O.B. has received a brand new Final Smash in this game. In this new Final Smash, R.O.B. opens himself up and fires one giant laser horizontally. If any opponent is caught within it, they'll get pulled towards R.O.B. while damage is being done before being knocked back.
