Sun Salutation
Wii Fit Trainer's neutral special is based upon the Sun Salutation yoga technique. This move is a charge move and has Wii Fit Trainer conjure up a large energy ball. This move can be stored once fully charged. When released, it sends a powerful energy ball horizontally.
Heading
Wii Fit Trainer's side special conjures up a special Wii Fit ball. Wii Fit Trainer will jump up and spike the ball diagonally down, causing damage to whoever it hits. It will bounce until it comes to a stop, which is when it will disappear.
Hula Hoop
Wii Fit Trainer's up special creates various hoops around the character. This gives the character some lift, acting like a recovery move. If any opponent comes in contact with the hoops, they are damaged.
Deep Breathing
Wii Fit Trainer's down special is a simple one that, once completed, increases the strength of the character for a short period of time.
Final Smash: Wii Fit
Wii Fit Trainer's Final Smash is simply Wii Fit. When activated, it sends out various silhouettes of yoga poses from Wii Fit outwards. Each of these silhouettes will damage and push back any opponent that they hit.
