Pokémon GO
Niantic have announced a new online competitive mode for Pokémon GO. Coming early next year, this mode allows for you to play other players online in a ranked system. Trainers will be able to walk in order to earn entry into the GO Battle League, then battle opponents from around the globe through an online matching system and rise in the ranks of the league. At present no further information has been announced but we'll provide full details as and when they come so be sure to keep checking back

Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon - Shiny Solgaleo & Lunala
The Shiny Solgaleo and Shiny Lunala event is now live in more countries. This event gives a Shiny Solgaleo to Moon/Ultra Moon or Shiny Lunala to Sun/Ultra Sun through a serial code received in certain stores or through Pokémon Pass depending on country.
In the US, it's available through the Pokémon Pass app activated when within a Gamestop store from today until November 10th
In Canada, it's available through serial code obtained at EB Games from today until November 10th
In the UK and Spain, it's available through serial code obtained at GAME stores from today until November 15th
