The next online competition has been announced. This competition, the Test Your Luck! is a Single Battle competition that only allows for you to use the move Metronome. All players who enter get 50 BP
Registration is open now to January 6th 23:59 UTC. Battles will run from January 7th 00:00 UTC to January 9th 23:59 UTC.

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl
The Pokémon Company are to show a special orchestrated performance of the Pokémon Diamond & Pearl soundtrack tomorrow on YouTube at 09:00 UTC. This will include various tracks from the games including Cynthia's theme, which recently won a poll on the official Twitter Account for favourite theme from the games. The performance will last 5 minutes & 52 seconds. We'll provide the stream as it comes so be sure to check back

Pokémon GO
Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This event is the New Years event and is due to run from December 31st at 22:00 to January 4th at 20:00 local time and introduces a costumed Hoothoot and a Slowking with 2022 glasses into the game. The Hoothoot will be shiny and Hoothoot will be shiny after the event
There will be 2* Hatch Stardust, Hatch Candy and 50% hatch Distance
New Years Hat Pikachu, Seel, 2020 Glasses Slowpoke, New Years Hat Hoothoot, Stantler, Party Hat Wurmple, Fearow and Loudred will be in the wild
2020 Glasses Slowpoke, New Years Hat Hoothoot, Party Hat Wobbuffet and Mawile will be in 1 Star Raids
Party Hat Raticate, Party Hat Nidorino, Machamp, Party Hat Gengar and 2022 Glasses Slowking will be in 3 Star raids
Party Hat Bulbasaur, Party Hat Charmander, Party Hat Squirtle, 2020 Glasses Slowpoke, New Year Hat Hoothoot, New Year Hat Pichu and Party Hat Wurmple will be in 7km eggs

Pokémon Evolutions
The final episode of the Pokémon Evolutions web anime series is now live on YouTube and Pokémon TV. This series is a web based show separate from the main anime which focuses on several key aspects across the world of Pokémon. This episode is "The Discovery" and is based around Green, Elaine and Trace in their hunt for Mewtwo in Cerulean Cave. The episode can be found below. We're currently updating all our databases with the content of this episode.

As part of the Winter Wishes event, a new Scout is now live which introduces the Sync Pair of Sonia & Yamper. It runs until January 8th.

The Pokémon GO Holiday Event Part 2 is now rolling out. This event runs from 10:00 local time until 20:00 local time on December 31st and features the addition of Begmite & Avalugg into the game alongside the current Costume Pokémon and Shiny Galarian Darumaka.
In addition to that, new Raid Bosses are running
