The Pokémon GO Bidoof Breakout event has now changed some elements. Now, from 00:00 local time today to 23:59 local time tomorrow, Bidoof is spawning more often and knows the move Ice Beam. The experience bonus has now been changed to a 4* Catch Experience Bonus as well

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO events for July 2021.
First, the Research Breakthrough Reward has been announced. From July 1st 2021 at 20:00 UTC to August 1st 2021 at 20:00 UTC you'll get a Rufflet
The 5 Star Raid Battles have been confirmed:
From July 1st 20:00 local time through July 16th at 10:00 local time, Defense Forme Deoxys will be in raids
Mewtwo will be in raids from 10:00 local time on July 16th through to 10:00 July 23rd
The 5 Star Raids beyond that are yet to be announced
Mega Houndoom will be in Mega Raids from July 1st through July 16th. Mega Gengar will be in Mega Raids from July 16th through July 23rd and Mega Charizard X will be in Mega Raids from July 23rd through August 6th
The events in July have also been revealed
From July 6th through July 15th, a special Pokémon GO 5th Anniversary celebration event will run. More details will come soon

Niantic have announced the Spotlight Hours for the month of July. They happen at 6pm to 7pm local time are as follows:
July 6th - Bulbasaur - 2* Catch Experience
July 13th - Charmander - 2* Catch Candy
July 20th - Squirtle - 2* Transfer Candy
July 27th - Natu - 2* Evolution Experience

Niantic have started rolling out a new Sky Box in-game in Australia, Mexico, United Kingdom and Singapore. This has the lighting for the game, the colour of the sky, clouds and even star placement change in realtime based on the location and the weather

DeNA have confirmed that on July 1st, to celebrate Bidoof Day, there will be a special Log In Bonus that will give all players gems when they log in during the time. We'll provide full detials of this login bonus when it is available
