Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO season, the Season of Light, starting September 1st through December 1st
Currently no details have been given for this season but the teaser showcased silhouettes and cries of Cosmog, Cosmoem, Solgaleo and Lunala

Pokémon Masters
A trio of special events have begun in Pokémon Masters EX to celebrate the third anniversary of the game and the addition of Ash to the game
First is the main event, the Blazing Battle With Ash event which tells the story of Ash facing Lear in Pasio. Alongside this, the Master Fair Scout offering Ash & Pikachu are available. Both run until October 17th 2022
Next is a daily battle event, the Challenge from Ash event. This event will offer daily battles against Ash and his six Pokémon from the current saga of the anime and offer a variety of rewards for completion. It's available until September 27th
Finally, the special event, The Classic Thunderbolt has also begun a repeat run. This event tells the story of Ash's first appearance on Pasio. It also runs until October 17th 2022
