It has been confirmed that a Garganacl based on the Garganacl used by Jiseok Lee in the 2023 San Diego Regional Championships will be distributed during the live stream for the Oceania International Championships this weekend. We'll provide the code as soon as it is released
This Garganacl has the Tera Type Poison, holds a Leftovers and has the moves Salt Cure, Recover, Wide Guard and Protect

Another new distribution has begun in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. This distribution came as part of a Pokémon Twitter campaign.
