Nintendo 3DS & Wii U Online Shutdown
The Nintendo Network services for both Nintendo 3DS and Wii U are now unable to be used. This means that all online features for all games across the consoles will no longer function including features in various Pokémon games.
All local gameplay, including local wireless trades and battles will still forever be able to be used for as long as the games and consoles exist, including features such as QR Code scanning for Magearna & Pikachu distributions and Secret Bases
Pokémon Bank and Poké Transporter will be abled to still be used for the forseeable future
The following features for the following Pokémon games will no longer work
Pokémon X & Y: Battles & Trades online. Player Search System Features Online including O-Powers and Communication
Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire: Battles & Trades online. Player Search System Features Online including O-Powers and Communication
Pokémon Sun & Moon & Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon: Battles & Trades online. Online Festival Plaza communiction and Guest Data
Pokkén Tournament (Wii U): Online multiplayer
Pokémon Rumble World: Receive Visitors through SpotPass & Online
Pokémon Art Academy: Receive downloadable images for reference

Pokémon GO
Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO Community Day on April 20th will focus on Bellsprout. This event will 3* Catch Stardust, 2* Catch Experience and double the chance to get XL Candy as well as 3 hours Incense and Lure Modules.
It will also give out the move Magical Leaf to Victreebel. You will be able to purchase a ticket to receive Special Research .
The Community Day runs at 2pm to 5pm in each local time zone

Pokémon Masters EX - Story Event
A repeat of the Pasio Special Stadium Champion Red Event has begun. This has you face off against Red and various other Sync Pairs in a Fire-type weak Champion Stadium to earn rewards. It runs until April 23rd 2024
In addition to this event, a new Ultimate Battle stage has been released, Lucy's Entangling Venom

A new episode title has been revealed for Pokémon Horizons. This episode is due to air on April 19th 2024. This episode features Liko, Roy and Dot head to Cortondo to visit Katy and take Liko's Terastal Training Assessment.
