Pokémon Champions
The Pokémon Company have announced a special Champion of Champions tournament. This tournament is taking place on July 29th 2026 in London and features battles in Pokémon Champions between eight individuals from different competitvie backgrounds including:
Whistling Champion - Aina Ziordia Botella (Spain)
Pizza Acrobatics Champion - Nicola Matarazzo (Italy)
Pillow Fighting Champion - Leandro Silva (USA)
Doing Nothing Champion - Denis Kwan Hong-Wang (Hong Kong)
Four more competitors will be announced at a later point
All players will be coached by Ray Rizzo, the 2010, 2011 and 2012 World Champion for VGC, ahead of the event.
This event will be livestreamed on the official Pokémon Twitch and YouTube channel at 13;00 UTC on July 29th. The winner will get a trip to the Pokémon World Championships in 2027 and a donation made in their name to the charity o their choice
