Pokémon Champions
On Pokémon Day, it was announced that players who play Pokémon Champions before August 31st will receive a special gift of a Dragonite. However, at some point in the past week, this notice was adjusted and has confirmed that, in addition to the Dragonite all players will also receive 100 Quick Coupons.
Quick Coupons are used to reduce the time to re-roll the Pokémon in Recruit Ranch. This runs at 1 Quick Coupon for every hour reduced.

Pokémon Champions
In a post on social media, The Pokémon Company in Japan has stated that Pokémon Champions is to launch tomorrow, April 8th, at 12:00 JST. That is at 03:00 UTC, 04:00 BST, 05:00 CEST on April 8th, and 23:00 EDT on April 7th & 20:00 PDT on April 7th. We'll provide our usual full level of coverage as it comes so be sure to check back

Pokémon GO
The next Pokémon GO event has been announced. This is the Steeled Resolve event and is due to run April 28th at 10:00 to May 4th at 20:00 local time and adds Orthworm into the game as well as its Shiny variant
During this event, Meltan will be able to be shiny
Magnemite, Aron, Ferroseed and Pawniard will be in the wild
Magnemite, Pineco, Nosepass, Bronzor, Drilbur, Ferroseed, Beldum and Shieldon will be in Field Research
Honedge, Shieldon & Beldum will be in 1 Star Raids
Orthworm will be in 3 Star Raids<>br />
There will be a GO Pass available for the event which gives encounters with Beldum, Pawniard, Honedge and Meltan, a Super Rocket Radar, Mysterious Components and Shadow Shards. Paying will give more encounters and another Super Rocket Radar. Tier 1 unlocks 2* Catch Candy and Tier 2 more Stardust from GO Rocket Grunts.

Pokémon Europe International Championships
Details have been released for the Pokémon North America International Championships which run from June 12th through 14th 2026.
Registration for both Spectators and Competitors opens on April 16th at 00:00 UTC while the first wave of registration is available from 00:00 UTC on April 15th.
The Pokémon Center will be open at the event as it has in previous years
There will be the usual side events including, for the first time, Pokémon UNITE's Electrode Volleyball and Z-A Battle Club
