Route 116 is a route that runs east of Rustboro City into the Rusturf Tunnel. It's a fairly simple route with various trainers and an area which requires Cut to access. It has a small building where you can take a rest just by the tunnel. In addition to this, the route has a small area accessed by the east exit of Rusturf Tunnel which contains some areas for Secret Bases

Terra Cave
In Emerald, there are rare occasions where strong sunlight will appear within the route and open up one of two caves which gives access to Terra Cave. They are located as seen here
