Fullmoon Island

Full Moon Island is a small island north-west of Sinnoh. This island is only accessible after learning that Eldritch's son is having nightmares. When you go to the island, you will find a small forest where Cresselia is. Cresselia will fly off and roam Sinnoh but you get the Lunar Wing.
